ON TOP SINCE 1920
It takes a long time to build a reputation. Starting as a small, four man operation in 1920, DAYUS Roofing has grown to be the largest residential roofing company in Windsor. Throughout the years, our success has been achieved by following three basic principles; quality workmanship, quality materials and competitive pricing. These principles have kept us on top and proud of our reputation.
We employ the highest level of workmanship ensuring you, the homeowner, a superior level of service. Each job is professionally supervised. Our experienced roofers will keep your property in a neat and orderly fashion. DAYUS maintains insurance but, more importantly, we insist upon extensive safety precautions.
Quality is the DAYUS way of assuring homeowners value for their money. We use only the finest materials, thus ensuring the lifespan of a DAYUS roof.
A competitive price together with a determined effort and pride in our work make DAYUS the roofing standard in Windsor and Essex County. Since 1920, customer assurance keeps us -- ON TOP!
After 55 years of Dayus roofing at the Howard Ave location we are moving to 5120 Halford Rd Tecumseh. The old building on Howard is scheduled to be torn down to allow for construction of the railway underpass to be built for better traffic flow.

Harmonized Sales Tax
The 2009 Ontario Budget proposed a comprehensive package of tax changes. Central to this tax package is the proposed Harmonized Sales Tax for Ontario (HST), which, subject to legislative approval, would come into effect on July 1, 2010.
It is proposed that Ontario's Retail Sales Tax (RST) be replaced with the HST. The HST would have a combined tax rate of 13 per cent — combining the existing five per cent federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and an eight per cent Ontario component.
What does this mean for Dayus Roofing customers?
The HST would generally apply to a supply of a service to the extent that the service is performed on or after July 1, 2010. The HST would generally not apply however, to a supply of a service if all or substantially all (90 per cent or more) of the service is performed before July 2010.
