In a revolutionary move lead by GAF Materials Corporation, laminated asphalt shingle warranties have been increased to LIFETIME coverage. All GAF, Certainteed, and IKO laminated asphalt shingles installed after Janurary 1st, 2011 will have a lifetime warranty regardless of the package label.

After 55 years of Dayus roofing at the Howard Ave location we have moved to 5120 Halford Rd Tecumseh. The old building on Howard is scheduled to be torn down to allow for construction of a railway underpass.
